Job Description
To strengthen our team, we are looking for a committed and reliable clerk for accounting, document management and office management (m/f/d). In this varied role, you will support both the accounting department and management in day-to-day operations and ensure the smooth running of internal processes.
Your Responsibilities
- Recording, checking, sorting and archiving invoices, receipts and other documents
- Preparing documents for the external accounting team and tax advisor
- Managing incoming and outgoing invoices
- Monitoring deadlines, filing and documentation
- Processing incoming and outgoing mail
- Receiving, labelling and dispatching parcels
- Creating shipping labels and organising courier and parcel services
- Maintaining lists, databases and internal reports
- Supporting management with administrative and organisational tasks
- Scheduling appointments and coordinating meetings
- Communicating with customers, suppliers, authorities and service providers
- Ordering and managing office and consumable supplies
- General office management duties and special organisational tasks
Your Profile
- Completed commercial training or comparable qualification
- Structured, careful and independent way of working
- Confident handling of MS Office (especially Outlook, Excel and Word)
- Strong organisational skills and a hands-on mentality
- Friendly and professional manner
- Good written and spoken German
